I know, it’s probably TMI (Too Much Information), but I didn’t even brush my teeth before my podcast interview yesterday as a guest on Chris Syme’s “The Smarty Pants Book Marketing Podcast”.
Thankfully it was an audio-only interview. LOL
Why I Love What I Do
One of the things I love about my job is that many days I can work at home from my PJ’s and yesterday was one of those days. I didn’t even get a shower until 3:20pm!
But more than anything, I love celebrating the results authors are getting as they write and publish new books.
Currently, it is only 9:12am and I already have so many things to celebrate!
1) One of my Author Audience Academy members submitted her manuscript to her editor for the final edit today. WooHoo!
2) Another member uploaded her newest book to Kindle today! Yes!
3) And one of my members created her independent publishing company and now has a publishing business following the strategies I teach (it’s much easier than you think). YES, YES, YES!!!
This is why I do what I do.

Author Audience Academy is currently closed (will probably re-open sometime in November or December), but have you heard of my 30-day nonfiction writing challenge?

I’m a “get it done” author coach that helps you get your first draft out of your head and onto paper in record time.
Challenge
Here’s my challenge to you.
Take the month of October and make it a writing month for you.
It may just be the push you need to finish the first draft of your next book. Tomorrow if October 1st. Don’t wait another month, week, or day to make your dream a reality.
During the 30-day writing challenge, I wrote over 40,000 words, and am still going strong. I finished one book, and have a good start on my next book. The momentum I gained from the challenge will make it easy to continue writing productively. – Rebecca Livermore

Cheering you on (and doing my happy dance)!
By the way, CJ and I are taking the weekend off to go leaf peepin’ in Colorado. I have had an intense few months writing my book, “Broken Crayons Still Color” and now it’s time to celebrate.
While it is with my editor for the final edits, we will be enjoying the beauty of this season. What are you doing this weekend?
