This month is my birthday month. And this year I turn 40! Therefore, I’m doing a blog series on the number 40. This week’s blog post is a compilation of 40 great inspirational quotes to encourage you to SHINE. These are quotes I have posted on social media and wanted to share them in one place with you here.

I took a HUGE leap 3.5 years when I quit my P.T. job and gave up a regular paycheck. It hasn’t been a smooth ride but it’s so worth it. For you it may not mean quitting your job, but may mean giving up TV to write your book.

Recently, I had a situation where I needed to communicate something to a friend that felt uncomfortable to me. However, it was well received and resolved the situation quickly.
Who do you need to communicate with today? Even if it’s uncomfortable I challenge you to reach out and communicate to the first person that came to your mind.
