1. Ask God what is weighing you down.
2. Ask God to cleanse you from any sin or the residue of the world.
3. Ask God to fill you with His strength and Holy Spirit, our “power from on high” (Luke 24:49).
4. Open your heart to receive God’s love for you and to love Him.
