Lighting is so important, it is so essential that you have good lighting for your videos.
Of course you always have the option is to use natural light but this light equipment may also be a good start for you.
Right now I’m using a Diva Ring Light. I invested in this because I do a ton of video; it’s $200-$300 depending on the setup you get, it’s a great light. Diva Ring Light, honestly, is the best. I really love it.
But the Chat Light has features that I also find awesome. Here are some of the reasons why I recommend this Chat Light for your videos.
Rechargeable Light
One thing I really, really like about the chat light is that it is a rechargeable light. It says it is the first light made specifically for video chatting that is rechargeable.
I love this, because you don’t have to spend a fortune in batteries. Does anyone else like that feature?
You don’t have to buy batteries, you don’t have to plug it in while you’re using it, and the bulb lasts 50,000 hours while the power will last up to 90 minutes.
I believe this is just a great option to be able to not have to charge it up.
USB Charger
Another cool feature for this light is you can plug it into any USB port on your computer, or an iPhone or Smartphone that has something like that.
You can put this on your computer if you’re using a webcam. You can put this on your phone or tablet if you’re broadcasting from there, and it’s so cool!
Simple and Easy to use
This light is also very simple to use.
There is a little on/off switch on the camera. There are two settings, a big setting and a smaller setting, and this also rolls around.
So you get a little bit of variability by rotating this around. That’s all you have to do.
The Perfect Travel Light
One of the reasons I bought this is because my husband and I can take with us when we’re traveling.
With this, I won’t have to pack up my Diva Ring Light and I really don’t like doing that. This is something you can take anywhere.
Very Inexpensive
This is a very inexpensive light that you can use for Live Streaming or your Facebook Videos. It’s just $29.99 and you’ll get a pop up box for 20% off.
This is a great starting point. It’s inexpensive, you get started for less than $30, and it will really help you to be able to broadcast at any time of the day. If you’re depending on natural light you have to broadcast during the day, and that may not be an option for all of you.
- What do you think?
- Do you think you would purchase one of these?
- Do you have a different type of light?
- What type of lighting do you use for your videos?
I do have an affiliate link, if you like this light and if this review was helpful for you. It’s at ShelleyHitz.com/ChatLight. I’d appreciate your support if you choose to purchase it.
One of the very best ways to market online I believe is to do Live Video.
I know a lot of you don’t like it. I know a lot of you are resistant to it, but if you would just take the leap, if you would just dive in and practice—we can learn any skill. I’m not good at copywriting, but I’m practicing and learning that skill, and doing it. You just have to be willing.
If you would like to have a step by step training I do have that at ShelleyHitz.com/LiveVideo, and it’s a complete training. I could sell it, probably, for $47, $97, but it’s completely free and it will help you go Live for your first time.
